2-1. User Account Data (Added in v1.4.0) / お客様から取得するアカウント情報（v1.4.0より追加）

To use the review posting features, users must create an account. We collect the following information:

レビュー投稿機能を利用するためのアカウント作成に伴い、以下の情報を取得します。

Email Address: Used for account authentication, password resets, and critical system notifications. メールアドレス：ログイン認証、パスワードの再設定、および重要なシステム通知のために利用します。
Password: Stored in a securely encrypted/hashed format. We cannot see your actual password. パスワード：安全な暗号化（ハッシュ化）処理を施して保存します。運営者が元のパスワードを知ることはありません。
User-Generated Content: Any album reviews or comments you post within the App. 投稿データ：お客様が本アプリ内で投稿したアルバムレビュー等のデータ。

2-2. Automatically Collected Data / 自動的に取得する情報（サーバーログ等）

To maintain and improve the App, we automatically collect certain non-personal technical information, including:

Purpose / 利用目的: Maintaining server health, debugging, preventing unauthorized access (e.g., XSS attacks), and ensuring security.

利用目的：アプリの保守、不具合調査、不正行為（XSS攻撃など）の監視・防止、およびセキュリティ確保のため。

3. Account and Data Deletion / アカウントとデータの削除

You have the right to delete your account and personal data at any time. You can execute your own account deletion directly from the "User Edit" screen within the App. Upon deletion, your login credentials will be permanently deactivated. If you cannot access the app, you may request data deletion by contacting our support email.

お客様は、いつでもご自身のアカウントおよび個人データを削除（退会）する権利を有します。アプリ内の「ユーザー編集」画面から、自らアカウント削除を実行することが可能です。削除が実行されると、ログイン情報は恒久的に無効化されます。アプリにアクセスできない場合は、サポートメールへご連絡いただくことでも削除リクエストを受け付けます。

4. Third-Party Sharing / 第三者への提供

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law.

当社は、法令で認められている場合を除き、お客様の個人情報をご本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy / プライバシーポリシーの変更

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy in the App or on our website.
